Welcome to Casita Linda, a cheerful lakefront cabin that sleeps 6! → 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom → Onsite washer + dryer 🛏️ The first bedroom has a comfy Queen size bed, plus: → Ceiling fan → Room darkening window curtains → closet space + dressers/drawers 🛏️ The second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed (both top and bottom are Full Size) with a small closet space with drawers, plus: → Extra pillows → Pack n Play → iron + ironing board 🛀 The bathroom. has a traditional style tub/shower that's stocked with: → Shampoo + Conditioner + Body wash → Hairdryer + makeup towels → Soft bath towels, hand towels, + face towels Please note: the bathroom is only accessible through either of the two bedrooms. 🍽️ The kitchen is stocked and ready for you to cook a great meal! → Pots, Pans, + cookware → Cooking utensils + BBQ grill utensils → K-cups + creamer + sugar/sweeteners → Table in the kitchen that pulls and sets up to 6 The spacious living room offers extra seating with views of the lake! → Login to your Hulu & Netflix on the Smart TV → Step outside and enjoy the lake views from the deck Please note, the pontoon is strictly off-limits to guests. Firewood is not provided. There is propane provided for the grill. While Casita Linda has a countryside feel, it's less than 15 minutes from everything the city of Portage has to offer - restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, family entertainment, coffee shops, and so much more.
Other Details to Note
Max Occupancy: 6, No Exceptions. The dock is typically available from April to October and is removed from the water during the cooler months. The well water is clean & safe to drink, bathe with, and cook with. However, it may smell or taste differently than city water some guests are used to. We have a strict no indoor smoking/vaping policy. Please limit number of guests to what is on your reservation only. This is a pet friendly property limited to one small dog (under 30 lbs) only; no cats. DISCLAIMER: All bookings are subject to satisfactory guest background check. Bookings longer than 29 nights are subject to a security deposit and rental agreement according to local laws.

Guest Access
You’ll have access to the entire home except for a locked supply closet & the garage. You may use the kayaks, paddleboat, and row boat (no motor), however the Pontoon boat is strictly off limits. You may use the dock to launch kayaks, etc or to sit out and enjoy the sunset! During the winter, the dock is removed from the water.
