This was a great place to stay especially the view of the river! We stayed here due to going to a concert at Notre Dame Stadium and it was the perfect location and not too far at all from campus! Ryan was very responsive to messages and let us check in early due to the concert starting earlier than we thought and wanted to get settled in first. We would definitely stay here again!

From booking through checkout, we had an excellent stay. The location was perfect for everything we had planned and made getting around easy. The property was exactly as described, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We had a great stay at Ryan’s house, it was clean and comfortable and stocked with all the necessities. Ryan was always responsive and helpful if we needed anything. The location is quiet and safe.

We had a wonderful time here, the home was beautiful. Every thing was squeaky clean, we loved the lake behind the house. Enjoyed fishing and watching the beautiful swans swimming. Perfect place to stay

Great location with proximity to ND and Eddy Street restaurants….very walkable. Ryan’s place was clean and convenient for a football weekend. Quiet and safe neighborhood. We would return again if the opportunity presents itself.

We loved Ryan’s home from the heated basement floor to the electronic blinds. Thoroughly enjoyed watching the wildlife through the homes numerous large windows and relaxing in the hot tub while it was snowing. We can’t wait to go back!

We stayed at Ryan’s house for a Notre Dame game. He was great and helpful with all of my questions and a couple of changes too! His house is updated and beautiful, the only bummer is we weren’t there much to enjoy the house and the amenities as much as we would’ve liked too!

Great place for a weekend at Notre Dame.
Walkable to ND, but also easy to get an Uber. Plenty of places within walking distance to eat. Original Pancake House!

The home was clean and organized with everything we needed for the weekend. There were a couple of games if you wanted to stay in. The fire pit was wonderful and right by the lake. I was able to take one of the kayaks out and it was great. The lake was shallow and very clear. Ryan was responsive and very understanding when we left the cake in the fridge by accident. I recommend for anyone looking for some time away!!

Easiest Airbnb process I've experienced. Ryan communicated well and delivered on expectations. The home is a very easy 25 minute walk to campus which is much faster than an uber to or from a game and obviously cheaper than parking on campus. I highly recommend this home.
