Please be aware that the property is on a large, wooded lot. It is not uncommon to see wildlife here (deer, turkey, woodchucks, even the potential fox) year-round, or some bugs outside during the warmer months. We make extra effort to ensure your comfort during your stay, including regular indoor pest prevention and outdoor mosquito prevention (warmer months). Personal mosquito repellent spray is available to you during the warmer months as well, just in case! While the property is secluded and quiet, we do still have neighbors that live here year round. The top bunk of the bunk bed has a 300 lb weight limit. DISCLAIMER: All bookings are subject to satisfactory guest background check.
