North Shore Haven has everything you'll need for a relaxing getaway! The Kitchen is fully equipped so cooking is easy! Including: → Pots, Pans, Cookware + Utensils → Dishwasher → Coffee Maker & stocked with coffee The living room offers comfortable seating with a large Smart TV → Login to your Hulu, Netflix, etc → Fast wifi included with your stay Down the hall you'll find 2 bedrooms, the bathroom, and the laundry room. The first bedroom → Comfy queen bed → Dresser + Closet space → Light reducing blinds The second bedroom/flex room → Sofa Sleeper (pulls out to a double bed) → Ceiling Fan → Room darkening curtains → Closet Space The bathroom has a tub/shower and is stocked with: → Shampoo, conditioner, + body wash → Plush bath towels → Hairdryer The back deck (accessible through the second bedroom/flex room) offers a relaxing seating setup, BBQ grill (propane provided), and easy access to the back parking area with just a few steps. Across the street, you'll find the pool clubhouse where you can access during the summer months for a pool day. Please note that additional visitors or guests not on the reservation are not permitted in the pool clubhouse. Just a short drive from all of the best beaches in South Haven, or walk to First Street Beach (0.5 mi away). The condo has very easy access to I-96 and is just minutes from shopping, dining, and everything South Haven has to offer.
Other Details to Note
Please note the following house rules are strictly enforced: -MAX Occupancy: 4 Persons -NO Smoking in the unit, on the front porch, or on the back deck. Marijuana is prohibited anywhere on the Association property. -NO Parties or gatherings. -NO Pets. -Any additional visitors/guests require host approval. -7 night minimum stay -The fire place is non-functional and off limits for guests. -Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Our condo is in a shared building where our neighbors live year-round. Please be respectful of the space and our neighbors. Disturbances to our neighbors will result in your reservation being canceled. The pool is only available during the summer, approx. Memorial Day to Labor Day. When booking this home, you will be required to complete a Rental Verification Form that will collect your name, contact info, type of vehicle and license plate #, and signature. This is required by the Condo Owner Association and a reservation cannot be made without it.
